A 24-hour cancellation courtesy is required when rescheduling or canceling appointments. If appointments are canceled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours notice, client will be charged for one half of the cost of the scheduled service. If appointments are consistently canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hours’ notice, a client will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Payment can be taken in person or over the phone but will be expected at the time of cancellation. Thank you for respecting your appointment time.
